• Local-first AI orchestration system built for low-latency response, with a memory layer and system-prompt-driven personality, running entirely on local hardware (≤ 8B) without dependency on cloud APIs.

• Diagnostic tool for measuring retrieval performance and visualizing vectorized data in 3D, built to debug and tune a production RAG system rather than as a standalone demo.

K-Digital Training capstone · 4-person team

• Led a 4-person team building a Spring Boot e-commerce platform (member, order, and product management) as the team's youngest member.
• Diagnosed a wide skill gap across the team early; built a shared project scaffold and ran repeated hands-on walkthroughs to bring the team to a common baseline before assigning weekly workstreams.
• Implemented cursor-based infinite scroll, Spring Security authentication, payment integration (API/JS SDK auth, API key + CIDR-based access control), and concurrent MyBatis/JPA data access; integrated Sejda for image conversion.
• Recognized by program instructors as the fastest of the cohort's 3 teams to complete the project, with the lowest unresolved error count at handoff.

• Built a beef quality classification model; improved accuracy from 50% to 89% through iterative optimization and data analysis.
